Diesel Common Rail Repair

For over half a century professional repair services for diesel equipment such as Diesel common rail repairs have been handled by RPM Diesel. We have built a reputation as the leading specialists when it comes to handling the often difficult and complicated repair work for diesel engines and generators. Because Bosch is the sole manufacturer of fuel injection components in the Broward/Dade area, we are authorized to work on them. This means that we have to be extremely rigorous, with the tools, equipment, and tests, to meet or exceed Bosch’s and their products’ specifications. We can repair the common rail injector for Bosch in the same way as we can directly bring in an engine to the manufacturer.

The Bosch Certified Clean Room, within which we work on these delicate and sensitive components, is kept free of contaminants using HEPA filtered air systems. Our technician software is aware of the assembly process from start to finish and constantly monitors the progress of the assembly and repair. As part of its constant monitoring of the production process, Bosch’s software compares the many parts of the Common Rail injector system, such as the shims, to the factory specifications set down by Bosch. Our measuring tools and equipment are subjected to a bi-weekly recalibration schedule in which they are guaranteed to be accurate.

All parts employed in the Common Rail assembly and/or repair process are thoroughly tested on our Bosch accredited test bench. The test bench is the model EPS 815, capable of testing all passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle class (CRI) and injector (CRIN) devices. The test bench is also capable of testing CRIN I, II, II, IV injectors as well as CP3 and CP4 model Bosch fuel pumps. The same test bench that is used to produce the injection parts at Bosch’s factories is used to test all of its machinery’s components involved in this process.

In General Diesel repairs for your marine vessel should be left up to the professionals. This is because of the complex nature of the mechanical components involved in making your boat sail smoothly. The types of tools, training, and expertise needed to perform such repairs is not something available to the average DIY hem mechanic. This is aside from the space and equipment needed to manage such repairs.

Every part of your diesel engines and generators is cared for and repaired by RPM diesel, not just the fuel injection. For more information about our services or to learn how you can get on a regular maintenance plan, call today at 954-741-1454
